# ImpactShield Solutions — Investor briefing

## Intelligence. Evidence in context.

VectorStrike is the intelligence platform developed by ImpactShield Solutions. It is an analytical platform focused on intelligence services, national security organisations and private-sector intelligence teams. It connects governed data access, reusable analysis and collaborative evidence. Our team’s client experience spans security services, national security organisations, intelligence teams and private investigators. This background is distinct from claims about deployments of this platform.

## Our background

Our team brings together intelligence and military backgrounds with experience in big tech. We have worked in intelligence for many years. Our clients include security services, national security organisations, private-sector intelligence teams and private investigators. That combination informs the way we approach analytical software: with an understanding of the work and the engineering needed to support it.

## Problem

Intelligence teams work across fragmented collection outputs, specialist tools and separate case records. Rebuilding analysis makes tradecraft harder to reuse and assessments harder to trace. Source context can be lost as findings move between teams.

## Product

Developers package expertise as Python plugins with declared input/output contracts. Analysts run queries, compose workflows, schedule work and connect findings to cases, dashboards and an extensible ontology. Connectors govern access to data. Results carry execution context and provenance. Teams review suggested entities and relationships before adding them to the shared graph.

## Intelligence application examples

- Multi-source intelligence: combine interception-system outputs (SIGINT), advertising identifiers (ADINT), electronic intelligence observations (ELINT) and open-source reporting (OSINT). Keep each observation connected to its origin.
- Geospatial analysis: illustrate geofenced areas, location observations, time-window comparisons and uncertainty alongside findings.
- Relationship and target discovery: explore related identifiers and candidate entities; review supporting evidence before confirming suggested links in a case graph. Correlation does not establish identity.

These scenarios use synthetic data. They are proposed domain workflows on the platform, not claims of live collection, installed SIGINT/ADINT/ELINT/OSINT integrations or bundled geofencing/geolocation algorithms. Specialist connectors, data contracts and analysis plugins must be supplied and validated. There are no customer deployments or endorsements implied.

## Opportunity / hypothesis to validate

The initial commercial focus is intelligence, rather than general-purpose business analytics. A reusable analytical layer could reduce repeated integration and interface work for these teams. Plugins, connectors, workflows and templates can expand capabilities without recreating the analyst experience each time. Commercial discovery should validate willingness to pay, adoption costs, measurable workflow improvements and the initial buyer segment.

## Architecture

React interface; C++/Drogon API and execution engine; PostgreSQL persistence; Kafka task/result transport; Kubernetes execution Jobs; Python plugin and connector ecosystem; Keycloak identity.

## Current stage and next milestones

The repository contains a working platform implementation, local development setup and a single-instance Kubernetes deployment bundle. Enterprise hardening, high availability, operational monitoring, recovery validation, deployment-specific tests and commercial validation remain work ahead. Suitability for classified environments, air-gapped operation and customer procurement requirements has not been established. No revenue, customer count, performance, certification or market-size claim is made here.

## Suggested demonstration

1. Open a fictional intelligence case or situational-awareness workspace with synthetic observations.
2. Show how approved connectors would supply SIGINT, ADINT, ELINT and OSINT inputs.
3. Walk through a proposed geospatial/correlation plugin workflow, retaining source context.
4. Inspect candidate identifiers and relationships; accept, adjust or reject suggestions.
5. Link reviewed findings into a case graph and dashboard, with controlled team access.

This is a demonstration outline, not a preinstalled end-to-end intelligence pipeline.
